PHC Holdings Co., Ltd. signed a tripartite strategic cooperation memorandum with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and China Resources Health Group Co., Ltd.

PHC Holdings Limited announced that, with Mitsui & Co. Ltd. (parent company: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo China Resources Health Group Co., Ltd. (parent company: Hong Kong, hereinafter referred to as “CRH”), which is engaged in health care business of China Resources Group Co., Ltd., has signed a tripartite strategic cooperation memorandum. CRH is a subsidiary of China's large health care enterprise group, and its China Resources Medical Holdings Co., Ltd. has 100 medical institutions throughout China.

In May this year, Japan and the Chinese government signed a memorandum on the third-party Sino-Japanese private economic cooperation and established the "China-Japan third-country market cooperation platform." The purpose of the platform is to strengthen the exchanges between Chinese and Japanese private enterprises, and to develop private enterprises created through cooperation into third countries.
