PHC Holdings Limited announced that, with Mitsui & Co. Ltd. (parent company: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo China Resources Health Group Co., Ltd. (parent company: Hong Kong, hereinafter referred to as “CRH”), which is engaged in health care business of China Resources Group Co., Ltd., has signed a tripartite strategic cooperation memorandum. In May this year, Japan and the Chinese government signed a memorandum on the third-party Sino-Japanese private economic cooperation and established the "China-Japan third-country market cooperation platform."
