SmartCare Urgent Care, a member of the Emory Healthcare Network, is excited to announce the opening of its newest location at the Edgewood Retail District on the corner of Moreland Avenue and Caroline Street. As with all SmartCare Urgent Care locations, the new facility will be open seven days a week and offer extended hours to residents without the need for an appointment.

SmartCare Urgent Care is a Georgia based, physician owned and operated urgent care provider with state of the art technology and comfortable facilities. On site laboratories and digital X ray capabilities allow patients to receive same day results. This new location includes two procedure rooms and four exam rooms, all with the goal of allowing patients to receive high quality care in a manner that fits their busy schedules.
Patients who do not require a visit to the emergency room or are unable to see their primary care physicians can visit SmartCare Urgent Care to receive treatment for most minor illnesses and injuries. The walk in clinic offers shorter wait times and lower costs than traditional medical centers. SmartCare Urgent Care can also refer patients to specialists for ongoing or specialized care.
The new location is accessible to Inman Park, Candler Park, Kirkwood Park, Grant Park, East Atlanta, Ormewood, Virginia Highland, Poncey Highland, Druid Hills and Decatur.
