St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital to Build 1,000-square foot Mobile Hospital Unit in USA

Introduction:

St. John Macomb - Oakland Hospital took the help of Madison Heights-based Triune Specialty Trailer to build 1,000-square foot mobile hospital unit to substitute the space crunch during its construction project.

Features:

The Ascension Health-owned hospital has been using the mobile integrated health unit as its fast-track emergency room since January.

The trailer has a capacity to accommodate up to 12 patients for hypercritical cases and also has been especially helpful during the flu season.

St John Hospital started the manufacturing of the trailer in May as soon as Kurtz, the President of Triune and St. John Hospital executive formulated the idea and finalised with the implementation of mobile hospital plan.

The Mobile Hospital is designed with a customised port that leads directly into the main hospital.

The Trailer is fully furnished with 12 beds, advanced weather control, antibacterial air filters and an excellent fire suppression system.

St. John's expansion project is expected to be complete by summer 2019. And is also likely to continue using its portable healthcare unit even upon completion of the construction project.
