Gorman Health Group provides market-leading technology and consulting services to help more than 150 government-sponsored health programs stay compliant, optimize revenues, and manage complex processes.
GHG’s deep consulting and market expertise complement Convey’s existing portfolio of compliant, cost-reducing member enrollment, service, administration, quality and wellness support solutions. GHG’s extensive market presence and real-time insight combined with Convey’s technology expertise will accelerate the development and deployment of technology and services to the market. The acquisition is a critical part of Convey’s growth strategy to expand its solutions and services through a combination of acquisitions and internal development of additional offerings for clients.
