Privia Health, LLC, a national physician practice management and population health technology company announced today that Texas Health Care (“THC”) has partnered with Privia Medical Group – North Texas in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Texas Health Care was founded in 2002 and comprises over 200 healthcare providers. It is one of the largest and highest performing independent physician organizations in Texas.

Dr. Larry Tatum has been named CEO of Privia Medical Group – North Texas and together with existing THC and Privia leaders, will lead the expansion of Privia in the market by inviting other targeted high-performance medical practices to join.
